Dk. Dau is Accused of inserting NSSF loss of Billions of shilling, from exploitative contracts. He has been in the organization for 15 years.

Information from the Government and other Institutions dealing with the investigation say, Dk. Dau, dialup NSSF was uprooted from February 15 this year, will be brought to court to answer charges of Corruption Revelations within the organization.

Other Allegations are abuse of power, Negligence and irregularities in various investment projects and investments within and outside the country.
