Colorado Bankers Life Insurance is growing company seeking a motivated Insurance Agent Recruiter who is able to work in a fast paced environment to join our team. This dynamic and variable role is ideal for someone who is able to multi-task and who is interested in getting in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for high volume recruiting of licensed Insurance Agents and General Agencies, a.k.a. BGA’s and IMO’s.
•Work with the Head of Recruiting and company sales team with the screening, hiring and onboarding process.
•Work with ATS to track recruiting activity on a daily, monthly, quarterly basis. Responsible for sourcing candidates.
•Responsible for making initial and follow up outbound phone calls to prospective new agents and agencies.
•Responsible for moving qualified candidates from initial prospecting call through entry into the company licensing, appointing and contracting process.
•Develop working understanding of company products, markets and distribution needs.
•Develop working understanding of company contracting and licensing requirements and process.
•Other tasks as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:
•Must have or previously held a life insurance license.
•Qualified candidates must have at least seven years financial services or insurance industry experience.
•Must have strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport rapidly with candidates over the phone.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential material will be vital in this role.
•Strong computer skills including MS Office and SalesForce.com.
•Bachelor degree preferred but not necessary.
•Ability to handle changing priorities.
•Must have or previously held a life insurance license.

Compensation:
•$70,000 plus incentive opportunities.
